Faz Hakim is an experienced leader and coach with over fifteen years of experience within the fields of diversity, politics and leadership. She holds an advanced certificate in Executive Coaching from Bristol School of Business.

Faz's previous experience includes:

Adviser on politics and diversity to the Prime Minister working in 10 Downing Street from 1997 to 2000.

Vice-President, head of media for EMEA at JP Morgan investment bank.

Principal Adviser to Trevor Philips for 5 years

Director of Corporate and Government Relations at the Commission for Racial Equality

Political Adviser to the Chair and Chief Executive at the Commission for Equality and Human Rights.

Faz understands what senior managers need because she has been a senior manager herself. She was a member of the senior management team at the CRE where she was a major contributer towards the strategic plan, she has been through 2 major mergers and understands how to handle change within an organisation.  

Faz has been a board member of the Runnymede Trust for 6 years and was a member of the Government's taskforce on preventing extremism.
